My physical therapist suggested I buy a 3” foam roller for my at home exercises for torn rotator cuff . After searching I found this. Good quality, solid made. Works perfectly tor for what I am using it for. Apparently I was overextending my back muscles to accommodate my torn rotator cuff. Provides an amazing back stretch that feels wonderful!! Stand /sit up straight everyone. Dont slouch! This 3 inch size is perfect

I bought this product to roll my flat feet on. It’s soft enough, yet firm. It’s a great size, doesn’t take up much space, hides well under the couch until I need it, and fits my feet well.

I'm used to a much larger exercise foam roller but didn't want to buy a second one when my sister was coming to visit and we would be using it for just one day. I gave her the usual size and I used the small one. It doesn't work well to roll on for the back (from shoulder to mid-back). It was fine to hit the muscles under the arm. I can't say that it works for pain relief (so didn't rate it) but it is sturdy enough to use and to travel.

The size-everything! I have scoliosis and was using the bigger size roller until a fitness coach told me that could be making my back hurt more. After purchasing this size, my back has felt 100 times better after rolling it out

I really dislike writing poor reviews. Unfortunately, I just could not use this roller. I purchased it to improve curving shoulders, but it was just too hard. Some reviewers have said that it was too firm. However, for me, it was hard with zero give. I liked the half circle for stability but I think I need something that is softer and has a little more give.I gave an average rating because I was unsure what density to purchase. Perhaps, I didn't understand that "firm" really means "hard" when it comes to these foam rollers.

Do not buy this item for physical therapy. The 6 inch measurement is diameter, not radius. Not big enough to support back. It does not deserve even 1 star rating but I had to choose a star to submit a review. It is thin Styrofoam; too flimsy to hold any weight for exercise purposes. The picture and description fooled my physical therapist who recommended I buy it. When I showed him what I received, he was as surprised and disappointed as I was. He will not recommend it to anyone else. When I contacted the company requesting a refund they asked me for a picture. I'm sure they know already what it looks like so I did not waste my time responding to that request.

What I like about this roller, is that it is Firm, not soft and not hard. I already have a black high density super firm roller that does not give at all, and also one that was medium firm when I bought it , but it didn't take long to soften up, so its only good for a gentle warm up, but not for serious rolling for pain relief. This one is absolutely perfect with just a little bit of give, and it does soften up tight muscles. Who cares if it's not some fancy color, its exactly what I used to have and like for back and leg rolling. also the price is rediculously lower than all the other foam rollers I looked at. Bought a 18 inch, work great !

Not super hard. Medium density, which is what I was looking for.

Was not as high as I thought. Not able to use it for the stretches I need it for.

Never heard of these rollers until my physiotherapist had me use one. Looked at many before landing on this one. Great price point, and is really dense/firm, I've used it many times now and it still holds it's shape.This definitely takes practice, and I feel it's been helpful.

Nice.Doesn't have any unpleasant odor.Half round shape keeps it from rolling away.Softer than other rollers, but still firm enough to be effective.
