I ordered these shoes twice and there is still a size problem. Let me explain in detail: the feet are fine, but we can't zip the shoes because the region is too small. Shoe is too tight at calves side, So we can’t zip it. We can’t pull that zip up.

It was a perfect fit. Pretty comfortable.
