Levi'sWomen's Premium 501 Original Fit Jeans

These jeans are amazing! They are comfortable and fit just right. The waist is a little loose especially by the end of the day, but I wore them in a 12hr flight they’re that comfortable. I’m 5’5 160lbs and the length is perfect with sneakers or boots. They are the perfect straight cut and are really flattering. I also have big thighs and they’re not too tight which is incredible rare for me! They’re a little pricey, but totally worth it!

Love the classic look of these jeans. They do, however, run large in the crotch and waist. But they’re still very comfortable. It’s a perfect, no frills, basic pair of Levi’s! For reference, I am 5’2”, 105 lbs wearing size 24, 30” inseam.UPDATE: I switched out my size 24’s for size 23, and they fit so much better! (Photos with crop top are size 24; all other photos are size 23) They’re not a tight fit, but just right. So glad I made the switch! The trick is finding the right size.*NOTE: I purchased these jeans also in the “Market Sixth Street” shade. Both 100% cotton, both size 23. IMHO, Market Sixth Street is a much thinner and much softer cotton than “Athens Dark”. Almost feels like a jegging material. Not rigid like Athens Dark. Market Sixth Street also fit much smaller on me than Athens Dark.

For reference, my measurements are 32-22-33. These in no way, shape, or form run small. They're not forgiving stretch denim, but they run large, and then they stretch out two sizes over the course of the day. Jeans like this are always big in the crotch because they have actual pockets and you have to be able to put your hand in them- but these are loose all over. I literally put a drawstring in these so I could wear without a belt, or wear with a belt and not have the waist paperbagging the whole way around. They fit better with fleece leggings underneath and that's not what I was looking for.While these are a decently flattering cut, they don't fit me like they would if I could size down (or buy my normal size and have it be close to an actual 23in waist.) Nice enough denim, and I do love the color selection, but I won't be buying more.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm livid! Ordered the 501 ORIGINAL, High Rise, Straight Leg.These jeans were almost $100 and Levi Strauss can't do quality control?! Popped them on, stuck my hands in the pockets and do the left pocket felt stuck. Come to find out the brass re-enforcement grommet have riveted through the end of the pocket creating a permanent Fold! (This is the icing on the cake after my last pair arrived missing a "button" on the button-fly.🤬Otherwise the color is rich and deep, fit is looser than I expected. I also missed that these are high rise (expected mid rise)🙄.I "want" to keep them, but not with this defect for this price.

Nothing better than Levi’s. Great fit and lasts for years.

I’ve worn Levi’s my whole life. These fit well except the most important part, the bum. The fabric in the bum area is so loose I’m embarrassed to wear these. But they fit like a glove everywhere else. I get this weird fold from the back waist down the middle of my bum that looks so akward I just can’t. I was hoping a wash and dry would fix it but no. I expect a better fit at this price point. And if I’d have sized down they’d be too small everywhere else.

Unfortunately I had to return these but they are well made and thick. The crotch area was just to big on me

For years, I lived in Levi 501s. Even after quality “wasn’t what it used to be”, I continued to find that 501s were a solid value for the price, so long as I purchased on sale and didn’t overpay.Sadly, eventually quality declined enough that the issue was no longer that the jeans would wear out after a year or two of solid use, but rather that they looked and felt too cheap to wear in the first place.When I saw that these were marked down to a reasonable price, I decided to give them a try, hoping that the “premium” label meant they would at last be of the same so-so quality as the “normal” 501s, circa 2016-ish.Sadly, no such luck.The denim felt lackluster and cheap. The fit was poor. There was nothing “premium” about it.Amazon made the return painless, but the jeans themselves were disappointing. Levi’s quality has just slipped too far, and their “premium” fails to deliver any meaningful increase in quality.

I love Levi's jeans. They are so comfortable, and wash well. They are the only brand of jeans I will wear. 501's are the best.

These jeans are gorgeous ... fantastic fit through hip, butt ... but then the left leg puckered out on the side. Very strange. Right was somehwat the same but left was really noticeable. it is the only reason I returned. They were such great colour, just a slight distress - nothing over the top - great length, colour ... tempted to try ordering again to see if same thing happens .. could have been a bad pair???

Love the jeans but they run small, recommend sizing up
