There is a well-known professional TV personality who did a show about this supplement. Pay attention to the advice given! You need to take this at certain times of day and before meals. You need to take the right amounts. Use this product as recommended by the experts, and you will see more results. This particular product has a good amount of the right concentration of the effective ingredient along with the recommended minerals to help absorption. Consider this information before you take the negative reviews to heart. This product does not have added caffeine as some of the Garcinia/Citrimax products do. Read the labels.

It did suppress appetite some, but constipated me so I discontinued after 10 days. I eat 100% whole food from plants and animals, nothing processed, no sugar, not even fruit. Fiber interferes with this product so I ate my veggies as snacks instead of with meals but the carbs for meals I did not have sweet potatoes or beans or sprouted grain bread, I instead had rice or normal bread or corn tortillas. So I still ate approx 150-200 carbs a day, 150 protein, 40g fat. I lift weights 6 days a week and either hiit or cardio a few hours a week, I was 113 pounds. I did not lose a pound. I would have given it a longer chance if I was able to go to the bathroom. After stopping the product I gained 2 pounds following even stricter diet (150g carb, 140g protein, 30g fat) and I wish it was muscle but it is in my waist.I am concerned with what the carbs that are blocked do; could it get pushed into the muscle cells? ( I don't think so, I felt weaker) Or go directly to waste? ( maybe but if constipated then are the waste toxins it reabsorbed hence why I felt weaker?)Regardless, how does this not wreck the metabolism?! I used to drop 1-2 pounds a week after a clean bulk just by cutting to 1800 calories, now I try 1600 and 1400 and have been stuck since this supplement. If anyone has any answers or how to use this product with better results, I will give it a re try.

Love this, helps with appetite suppression. I take two in morning and it helps curve my appetite through the day.

This in conjunction with Hoodia Gordonii, is very effective in controlling appetite and weight loss. Everyone is different, but for me these work.
