Great net. Once the fish is flopping in the net the hook almost always pops right out, but doesn't get caught on the netting. No harm to the beautiful fish. It's a touch shallow, but no-one has leaped out of the net...yet (close though). Highly acrobatic fish, or fish over 20" 'start' to push this little nets limits. The debatable elastic strap is perfect for attaching to a loop on the pontoon so the net doesn't fall in the water, or hanging off your pack.

Great price, does the trick. Highly recommend the rubber lined basket. Helps to prevent hook snags or even snagging while walking through brush to get to those good spots! Far cheaper than anywhere else I have looked.

A nice net. Been great to use on the river and lakes from pontoon boat. Like how the handle is decided to make it easy to hold.

They should make this a bit deeper and also sell it with a longer handle as another option. Only had a few fired up 20” trout jump out and the rest stayed put. Great for the fish’s spine coating and all anglers should use this or similar to care for the fish. Tight lines!
