We bought these chairs for our 5th wheel and absolutely love them, so we bought 2 more for our den. They are extremely comfortable, have great lumbar support and my husband is thrilled with the footrest extension. I would recommend these chairs to anyone who wants a sturdy well made chair. It has a small profile so fits nice in our 5th wheel as well as our den. The massage and heat are not bad either. Definitely 5 stars. The only drawback was the delivery from FedEx, a nightmare as they messed up the delivery. Just another story that doesn't reflect this product.

The chair is very easy to assemble and it's light enough one person can easily move it around.I'm 5'9 and 200 lbs, the chair fits me well and is very comfortable.The only complaint I have is that some of the massage heads push into your back and cause discomfort when not using the masssage feature. I solved this by placing a doubled up heavy blanket over the back of the chair.Overall rating 4.8 stars from me.

We built a tiny house on our property for my sister who has rheumatoid arthritis, and we bought this chair to go in the living room. It is the perfect size for her, and it has a lot of functionality.When we were looking for a chair, I was specifically on the lookout for one that would be very easy to raise and lower. Her RA affects her hands badly, so having the electric control to raise and lower the chair is perfect for her. She can adjust the chair to the exact position that is the most comfortable for her. This feature was really the one that made me select this particular chair above the others I was considering.She is alone a lot, and she uses her phone for outside connections with others. Having the USB ports right at hand comes in handy to keep it charged. She stores the phone in the cup holder on that side and has a drink in the other.She likes the control that operates the massage feature, and it helps to make her feel more relaxed before bed. I like that the controls are connected to the chair, so they can easily be stored in the side pockets.She wanted a navy blue chair, so that's what we got. The fabric is beautiful. She is very happy with this chair, so I am happy too.

Very comfortable, easy to assemble, nice looking.

If the footrest is out and I try to get out of chair without putting the footrest down the chair falls over on me and when I get up out of the floor the chair falls back down and almost fell on my dog who sleeps behind it. This has happened several times and I'm not sitting on the footrest when I get out of the chair only getting out on the side of footrest and still falls over like it's back heavy. I'm only getting out like this when I forget to put the footrest down but it still shouldn't be falling over .Also. chair is too small, and I'm only 4 foot 10 inches and it's almost too small for me. Somebody is going to get hurt in this chair. Extremely disappointed and would return but threw the boxes away

Needed this chair not only to sit but mainly to sleep. I cannot sleep on a bed and was hoping I could use it for sleeping. It is not as sturdy as I would imagine. The massage feature is so light you barely feel it. It is an attractive chair but the fabric is ok not as soft as I would like.

Just what I wanted. Very happy with it.

Good product, easy to assemble. Turned around and bought another for my wife.
