I bought this statue about 4 years ago and have it in my home. Everyone who visits is very impressed with the craftsmanship on this statue and with the statement that is made with the scene. I just purchased a 2nd statue that will be donated to my church to be displayed the Sunday before Christmas. It is being given in memory of my father who was a long time member of that church.Everything about this piece is breathtaking. It is the first that I have even seen with a pregnant Mary. The facial details are stunning. The clothing is so detailed and even Mary's finger nails are so lifelike. The artist was spot on with this piece. I would recommend it to any person wanting something different to display to remind us of the real meaning of Christmas!

I saw this figurine, The Lodging, at a friend's home. I fell in love with it. I purchased three. What a beautiful and blessed tribute to the true meaning of Christmas. All too often in our material world we forget what Christmas is all about. This is the only figure of Mary expecting the baby Jesus that I have ever seen. The detail is amazing. I am proud to have this among my favorite treasured possessions. I highly recommend this figurine so beautifully crafted by Josephs Studios.

This beautiful sculpture is superb! It is so hard to find this scene of Mary pregnant with Our Lord! It is more beautiful than I expected,absolutely worthwhile. The packaging was also well thought out and it arrived without a scratch.

I waited the longest time to decide to order this due to not wanting to splurge at Christmas time on something for myself, but I don't regret it one bit. This is a new favorite decoration for Christmastime. It is stunningly beautiful. Now that I have it, I would say it wasn't a splurge, but quite affordable. It's well made and perfectly painted. Lovely. Having been an overly pregnant lady at Christmastime before, I can relate to it personally, too.

I bought this last year for 35$ and free shipping. This is truly an amazing figurine, a saw a similar figurine at a posada Mary was wearing a white dress and blue Joseph had greens. The one I saw was a little bigger but I wanted to have one now I use it it from December 1-25, once Jesus is born I replace it with another beautiful figurine flight into Egypt by Joseph Studio. Now Mary has baby Jesus in her arms. I recommend you buy both, nice this is a figurine should be in every home during the holidays.

I've been wanting this for years. I finally bought it, and it arrived broken. I loved it still. It's beautiful.Everything I had expected. So I exchanged it for a new one. It arrived broken! So I decided to wait. Maybe buy from a more responsible seller or, maybe I find one I like better.

I never have seen a pregnant statue of Mary. It is very detailed and quite lovely. St. Joseph has an earnest expression, and Mary's is contemplative. It sits beautifully below my small version of the Arc of the the Covenant, bring to mind the parallels of Mary and the Arc.

Arrived early and suitably packaged. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship. There are so few Advent gifts available in the UK, so I was pleased to discover this one (on the other side of the Atlantic). Being in Lockdown, I wanted to do more to celebrate Advent at home, so this will take pride of place until Christmas Day.
