Setting it up was incredibly easy. The user-friendly instructions guided me through the process, and I had it running within minutes. The diffuser operates quietly, as the name suggests, emitting a fine, consistent mist that carries the chosen fragrance throughout the room. The customizable fragrance experience is a standout feature. Whether I'm in the mood for a calming lavender aroma or a refreshing citrus burst, the Whisper™ diffuser delivers. The option to adjust the intensity of the fragrance is a thoughtful touch, ensuring that the scent isn't overwhelming. One minor drawback is that the diffusion range is relatively limited compared to larger models, so it's ideal for smaller to medium-sized rooms. Additionally, while the diffuser itself is reasonably priced, the fragrance refills can add up over time. In terms of maintenance, cleaning the diffuser is straightforward, and I appreciate the included cleaning instructions. Regular upkeep ensures consistent performance. Overall, the ScentAir Whisper™ Home Diffuser combines style and functionality to create a serene ambiance with customizable fragrances. It's a great addition to my home, and I look forward to exploring different scents to suit my mood.

Good value for the money. The machine operates more quietly than the ScentAir diffuser I bought from Marriott. However, the cartridges are a bit on the expensive side. I’ve used cartridges from various Marriott hotel brands, including Ritz-Carlton (my favorite: Eucalyptus & Citrus), Marriott, and Courtyard. The machine also comes with an app, which is a nice touch.

This is the first one-star review I have ever written on Amazon, and unfortunately, this product earned it. I purchased the ScentAir Whisper Home diffuser for this high price, expecting a premium home fragrance experience. After about two month of normal indoor use, the base started developing cracks, and oil leakage appeared on my desk. This is unacceptable for a product at this price level. I contacted ScentAir customer service and provided photos. Instead of offering real support, I received the following responses: “Have you contact Amazon? That is separate from our site . They ship from their warehouses not ours.” And later: “the picture is not the product we sell.” No investigation. No technical explanation. No solution. Just responsibility shifting. For a company promoting “patented dry technology,” this is very disappointing. The product clearly leaks oil and shows poor material durability. This product reflects a business model built on: High upfront price Expensive, locked-in refill system Weak build quality Little respect for individual home users It feels clear that home consumers are not a priority for this brand. In today’s market, many modern cold-air or water-based diffusers offer better performance, better reliability, and far better value at lower prices. This so-called “dry technology” no longer feels like an advantage. For me, this purchase became a lesson: High price does not mean high quality. Locked-in consumables are a long-term cost trap. And customer service matters as much as the product itself. I regret this purchase and will not buy from ScentAir again. I hope this review helps other home users make a more informed decision.

Lo recomiendo mantiene la casa con un olor agradable todo el tiempo

I’ve been eying this for a few years once I saw my previous apartment complex using this product, I loved the smell throughout the complex. I decided to make the purchase and have had it for at least four months. The first cartridge was amazing, and it lasted for a month. I have a two bedroom split apartment, about 1200 sq ft and I smell it in the main area and the master bath. It’s rain on the guest side so I am not sure of the actual space it covers, but it works for me. The reason why I rated 4/5 stars is based on the next two cartridges I purchased (after) lasted maybe a week each, although I kept them both in for a month. I could no longer smell the scent and kept checking if it went offline, but the it didn’t and the fan was still blowing, just the scent was gone. At first I thought I was “nose blind”, so I decided to buy a fourth cartridge after the month was over, and this one I can smell and is lasting on its third week (so it’s not that I was nose blind). I write that to say, the system works as long as you get a cartridge that isn’t expired, which that’s the only way I can describe it. Overall, I would recommend and I’m hoping the two out of four cartridges I ordered that did not work, will be the last.

PROS: It works Cons: The build does not justify the pice tag. The sent cartridges are way too $$$ in my opinion. scent lasted about a month. So $55 times 12 a months?..... MMMhh!!!!!

Love the whisper and all the scents I ordered

Cute and quiet. I was VERY disappointed in the amount of time the expensive cartridges lasted. I ordered three different scents thinking maybe I got the lighter scents, but all three really didn't have any scent after about 4 days. I changed how often the fan would turn on I changed the speed of the fan and it still didn't matter. All the unit is, is a cute box with a fan underneath it to blow up through the cartridge to disperse the scent. I was really hoping that this was going to be a great purchase I have cold air diffusers and I just can't seem to get the perfect scent that I love. This unit has the scent I love but does not come through on any kind of length of time to justify a $55 cartridge every week.
