Don't waste your money!
First of all, the bottle arrived half empty because it had spilled inside the packaging. Secondly, it is not AT ALL neon! If you're looking for a bright orange, this is not it. It's a very dull orange AND the polish is super thin. You need several coats. The only positive thing is the fact that it dries fast. Don't waste your money. This is dollar store polish.
