Great For Zucchini Use!
I'm happy I bought this item. I always needed to be able to have something to get the excess water from the zucchini and these work perfectly. I no longer have to worry about not being able to get all the liquid out of my shredded zucchini when I'm trying to make something with them. They're also easy to clean too. I'm happy I ordered this item and would have no problem doing so again!

Wonderful tool to have
I make yoghurt cheese for my digestive issues and this is plenty big enough to collect the corners and twist the yoghurt ball into a smaller area and expel as much of the whey as you can.High grade, durable, and wash in the washing machine. WHATS NOT TO LOVE?

Outstanding Quality A+
I'd like to preface by saying that I've never before looked into "grade" or "quality" of cheesecloth before, I was just looking for something to strain deep frying oil and many people recommended cheesecloth. After seeing products quoting either grade 90 or 100 and a myriad of features, I decided to buy 4 versions and compare myself; a grade 90 and grade 100, with and without hemmed edges. These are my observations and opinions as a novice.Firstly, the grade appears to reflect primarily the "tightness" of the weave, so grade 100 has smaller "holes" than grade 90. I've read that grade can impact other things like having "heavier" cotton, but I couldn't find any difference in the cotton thread amongst my 4 tests (all from different companies). The quality of the cotton also appeared to be identical. If you're unsure whether you need/want hemmed edges, I'd recommend them (this product is a fantastic example) unless you have a single-use application for the cloth. The edges of my "un-hemmed" tests started fraying after one use and started to significantly unravel after the second. The other hemmed cloth was only single (maybe double) folded before it was stitched, but this cloth's hem is much thicker. This feels significantly more sturdy than the thinner hem from competitors and it's a good example of how a company can cut corners, thankfully this cloth isn't in that category.I didn't notice any quality control problems with this cloth, straight out of the packet the sheets had a "natural" smell that was hard to explain, but it didn't set off any alarm bells. The instructions say to boil the sheets in a pot for 15 minutes, instead I let them sit in hot soapy water for about 5 minutes and rinsed well (they had no smell after this). I was rough on them to test durability, folding and wringing each sheet until I couldn't twist any further. I then "whipped" each sheet several times along the edges to dry them further and flatten them out. About 30 mins later they were dry and ready to store. To my surprise the cloth's weave didn't show any signs of wear and tear, even after being quite rough with them. After cleaning in hot soapy water, they bounce back to their natural colour (ie: no staining). They feel robust and "high quality" to me, I'm incredibly pleased with this brand and if I ever need additional or replacement cloth, I'll be returning here for sure. If this product looks good to you but you're unsure how they stack up against their competition, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try!
