Not only is this $50 jar of Kate Somerville KateCeuticals Total Repair Cream a LOT SMALLER than I ever expected (close to the diameter of a quarter — if I had a quarter on me I would absolutely have put it in the photo for size comparison purposes… I was stunned at the tiny size / weight of this jar for the crazy high $50 price!But then add on top of that — HALF OF THE PRODUCT IS ALREADY GONE AS SOON AS I REMOVED IT FROM THE BOX!!! As you can see from the above picture, that is EXACTLY what it looked like when I opened it for the first time… It’s as though it’s honestly half used and then repackaged and sent on / resold to me at even lesser the weight than what is advertised. Given the huge amount of the (over-priced product) that has turned out to be missing, that’s the only scenario where a customer receives an unsealed jar with between only 1/3-1/2 of the lotion being sold… Not only is this crazy-unsanitary and UNSAFE (especially for someone with a major immunodeficient system!!) but THAT IS THE MOST INSANE THING FOR $50!!!! 🤬🤬🤬Needless to say, I sure hope that #katesomerville sees this and are as shocked as I was… for the money we pay for her / their high-end luxury quality products this is anything but high-end service. Hell I’ve got to actually receive the product first!

For the price of this tiny one ounce container, I was expecting my face to feel amazing. I have been using it twice a day for a few days, and my skin constantly feels dry. I am also not a fan of the weird grandma floral scent.

Can’t say enough about how great this moisturizer is. Goes on smooth and is great under makeup. Will purchase again.

Kate Somerville KateCeuticals Total Repair CreamI have a love-hate relationship with Kate. Some of these products are really wonderful and they work but have ingredients I don't like. I am trying to be more open since fragrance has become less of an issue for me. I have dry, sensitive skin, and it responds well to this cream. It does take two pumps to cover my face and I am only using this at night. I ordered this during prime days - thinking it came directly from Kate Sommerville. The item I received was only half full and did not last but 4 weeks of use. Since it is outside of the return window, I cannot send back, $70 wasted. Will not order again from amazon.

I like everything about this cream except the container!
