We ordered a portrait for our daughter who lost her precious Stella after 17 years The beautiful portrait arrived so quickly 5 days later. Unfortunately there were several black tiny spatters of paint on it. Contacted the seller immediately, who assured us that they would send a replacement as soon as possible. Way better than I expected
I’m not usually one to write reviews but this absolutely amazed my, I was unsure when I bought it cause you don’t know how it’ll look at all until you received it but all my doubts went away when I received it in the mail today. It’s a gift for my mom for Christmas so she has yet to see it but everyone else saw it and said it was amazing. I actually wanted to tear up over how beautiful it was I know that sounds dramatic but that’s how I feel towards this, would definitely recommend. Perfect gift for pet owners. I can even see myself buying one for myself for my puppy Zelda.

Beautiful!!!! Felt so good to give this as a gift.
It brought tears of joy to Scooby's owner. He died tragically at the hands of a "Vet". Only 2 years old.The only reason for 4 stars is because of the noticeable white around his right paw. The left would pass, but there was a whole extra week before expected delivery. Imo, it could have been touched up a bit.However, I will absolutely order again in the future.
