- Plan will be E-mail Fulfilled, No Physical Kit will be sent. After ordering, for plan related details, check 'Buyer/Seller messages' under Message Center at "desertcart.in/msg" or check your desertcart regd email ID. You can raise a claim 24 x 7 x 365 through OneAssist app, website or 24 hours helpline - 1800 123 3330 and share your registered mobile number or membership ID and we will take care of the rest. Plan will be auto activated post successful delivery of main product in desertcart system.
- Total Protection Plan covers In warranty support for any breakdowns of the covered appliance that occur in the period of Mfg/ brand warranty offered by OEM of appliance.Plan provides Extended Warranty support for 1 year beyond expiry of 1 year of manufacturing warranty and Accidental Damage Protection and Electrical Surge Protection for 2 years from the date of activation of Total Protection Plan.
- Total Protection Plan provides 1 Preventive Maintenance Visit per year (for AC only) for 2nd year of product purchase which would be provided upon request (by calling our helpline/ or through app/ web). Total Protection Plan can be bought for any product manufactured in India or is legally imported in India & sold through Official Channels (via desertcart Platform (www.desertcart.in) supported by an invoice & Manufacturer’s Warranty / Guarantee.pls refer T&C document shared with you via welcome e-mail.
- This Plan does not cover non-operating and cosmetic damage to the Product, such as damage to paintwork, Product finish, dents or scratches.It also does not cover accessories used in or with the Product including but not limited to pipes, door handle, door gaskets, bottle guards, shelves, lamp, blower assembly, evaporator fan, fan blade, filters, indoor blower, louvers, remote controls, power cords, plugs, fuses, rubber pads & more

2 Years Total Appliance Protection Plan by OneAssist for Washing Machine from 15,001 to 20,000 - Email Delivery, No Physical Kit Check here if your appliance is eligible under this plan or not: a. Appliance should be manufactured in India b. Product should have minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of manufacturer's warranty coverage c. Appliance should not be more than 60 days old at the time of purchase d. Device should not be refurbished in any manner. If you don't receive membership details from our end within 15 days of plan purchase, please contact us to check the status.
