Third class product. Do not buy
I bought this product and after one week the cool gel pads started bursting and the packer seal was broken. All the gel was coming out and it cannot be used again as the bag was broken. Total waste of money. You cannot even return it. Please don't be a scammed by this full coverage product. DO NOT BUY.

Misleading saying hot pack. Expensive.
I wanted to use as hot pack which can be used day to day. Cold pack is used very rarely. To keep it is a burden, wate of money. I felt cheatedThanks
