Who knows until spring ?
Overseeding lawn, however item received was not 100 lbs (more like 80 lbs) due to one (1) of the two (2) 50 lb bags being torn open

Doesn’t come back
Grass grew quickly but then didn’t come back this spring. Terrible.

Grows well inland WA state
Planted in late Aug and is about 2" within 2 weeks. Bluegrass is spotty, likely due to spotty full sun exposure.
