Q: how many lumens are these flashlights?

I don't know how many lumens but (when they actually worked) they were bright enough for things like checking under the hood of the car or finding the way to the fuse box, etc. They did come in handy when I carried them but stop working after a relatively short time, so I no longer carry them.

No it's made in the Country that currently owns US. China.
