This was not quite what I expected but it was a pleasant bit of variety. I'm not a massive chocolate consumer but I do like to try something new sometimes. To put this Winter Orange version in a context most people the UK might know - I'll compare it to the spherical Terry's chocolate. Firstly this bar is texturally very different, it has small crunchy crystals in, somewhere with mint crisp crystals and rice crispies in size and consistency. I prefer this, it adds a bit of variety without being overwhelming or feeling like a cop-out to avoid adding more chocolate. The orange itself is less intense than Terry's is to me, but definitely still up front. You can taste the orange, enjoy it, but it doesn't linger for hours afterwards.

Bought this for my hubby for Christmas, last year I bought him the cadbury's gingerbread chocolate bar (he likes the seasonal one's) he really enjoyed the orange one, tasted like real oranges as opposed to orange oil, like other products, texture of the orange was like candied orange, great seasonal treat. Highly recommend.

Wanted to try it but disappointed.
Thought it might be similar to a chocolate orange or even better to the Cadbury orange creme chocolates in the 20thC but sadly it's not. So tried one then given rest away. Even the bars of Cadbury chocolate that included my favourite lime flavour has disappeared & Milk Tray has lost all the nice creme ones; no more orange, lime, coffee - only the strawberry one left! Even the coconut has gone - all replaced with nasty nuts that l cannot eat. So boo to Cadbury & whoever ruined them!
