Reel seat clamp alteration
I was unable to use the reel seat clamp as is on a tanacom rod. I had to purchase (longer) smaller diameter bolts with nuts and washers to make it fit. Other than that, great reel. I would buy again

Must Have
This is a great reel for bottom fishing in deep water. My first day using it, I caught a 60 lb halibut and the reel handled It with ease. The only negative is the it measures your line in meters with no setting to change it.
