Grace Message: Is the Gospel Really This Good?

It’s Really This Good!
I have read all of Dr. Farley's books, so I expected this one to be good. I also thought I was pretty well versed in "the grace message." But just like in his previous books, I found myself turning down corners, highlighting scriptures, and scribbling notes. Thanks to the author's decades of fielding inquiries on the radio from thousands of real people, this volume is a comprehensive, almost "encyclopedic" compilation of nearly every conceivable question a person could pose regarding the finished work of the cross, the New Covenant, once-for-all forgiveness, and resurrection life for all believers. His answers are clear, concise, and often eye-opening, even to someone already steeped in the grace message. This invaluable resource is sure to help me "be prepared to give an answer...."The index of scripture references in the back is a bonus bucketful of information and reassurance—whether I need it for myself or for a friend.

Grace is God’s multi-facets tool for believers to rest and live freely!
“The Grace Message” has opened my eyes to how vast grace is. Imagine your placed inside a huge round clear plastic ball that gives you freedom to be yourself inside and do what you want. Your rolled off a rugged cliff and the ball bounces all over going downhill, yet no matter how jagged the rocks or steep the fall, it continues to expand and nothing can damage tear, break or damage it keeping you safe and secure inside until you reach the bottom. Grace “teaches” us to say no to sin.” Titus 2:11. Gods grace isn’t about the fear of giving us a license to sin. You can rest and relax and enjoy the journey to the new global Eden for those in Christ will one day enjoy. It separates “ behavior modification” preaching that leaves most feeling as failures and are frees us to do our desires of our new heart placed in us with Jesus Spirit. This book for me has helped to release me from 60+ years of legalistic teaching to enjoy the “Freedom” of Galatians 5:1. I challenge everyone to read it and filter it through the Bible. It can radically change for the better for anyone who hasn’t see the beauty of God’s grace. The gospel of Grace is so well worded by the author Andrew Farley.

This is Dr. Farley’s Encyclopedia of Grace - all you need to know in one book. Wonderfully freeing!
I can honestly say that the truth in this book has absolutely changed my life! As a recovering legalist, I was wrapped up in so many Law-based knots that I wasn’t really enjoying the Christian life. Dr. Farley’s book showed me the true Gospel:1) My sins are gone forever with one sacrifice on the cross - Jesus’s blood, not confession is what gives me forgiveness of my sins.2) My old man was crucified, died, and buried with Jesus.3) I was resurrected to new life with Jesus - now a new creation free from the power of sin, with a brand new heart addicted to righteousness, and an unfettered desire to please God.4) I’m dead to the Law and in fact, as a Gentile never even under the Law.5) I am united with Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and God the Father forever.6) I’m now not a sinner by nature, but a saint who sometimes sins.7) My identity is a child of the God of the universe - forever.Jesus said “My yoke is easy and My load is light.” Matthew 11:30. If you’re not feeling it, this book will help you get there. This book is entirely scripturally based - Sola Scriptura.

A MUST MUST READ!!
It is true that we often ignore the fact that God's love is being described in Corinthians and GOD IS LOVE! One of my favorite aspects of the book was all of the conversations from fellow believers from all over and to hear them ask many of the same questions that I've asked over the last 20 plus years since I've been a Christian and the crystal-clear scriptural responses that are given!"My additional thoughts about the book "The Grace Message." I never thought about this, but love, talked about in 1 Corinthians 13 is really who God is.God is patient with you. God is kind to you. God is not rude to you. God keeps no record of your wrongs. God always trusts you. God never fails you.You are going to love Dr. Farley's book, you'll learn and read about many, many things. Here are a few that meant much to me:Total ForgivenessGod is an equal opportunity employerRewards in heavenLegalistsThe power of sinThe three things received at salvationRighteousnessLet Go Let God. (I hear this in AA meetings all the time)Seeking God's willPutting God first?Giving God more Glory?Total SurrenderBeing filled with the SpiritThere is so much more in this fantastic book! Thank you, God, for helping me to grow in knowledge of your grace message directly from Your Holy Scriptures. Wow, wow, wow!One of my favorite lines in the book is "The Bible says we're now allergic to sin and addicted to Jesus."Yeah baby, happy and joyous reading!!!

The Gospel truth is explained beautifully in this book
Dr. Andrew Farley is one of the best grace teachers in the world. He clearly explains our new identity in Christ, the divine exchange at the cross, and all of the blessings and benefits of the new birth. If you were ever unclear on the covenant of grace and what the finished work of Jesus Christ means, this is the book that will enlighten you. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32).
