Very nice.
This was much nicer than I expected. It is heavy and well made. It does not hold a large amount of jewelry. I purchased it to hold my everyday wearables or to hold other pieces until they can be stored safely. It is small enough to easily fit inside a safe for quick security. I am very pleased with it. Would recommend as a gift for young girl or anyone wanting a small box for jewelry.

purple is almost eggplant colored
This was a gift for a teenager and I thought purple would be a fresh young color. I was disappointed int he actual color. More of an eggplant than a purple: wish I had chose another color. The box is however nicely made and sturdy.It was in a box (company box) but was shipped in an envelope and the edges were pretty scuffed up.So 4 stars for product, 1 for shipping.
