I loved this dash cam. Easy to install and set up. The suction cups that come with it keep the dash can where it’s supposed to be. I was so impressed with it that I bought 4 more for all the cars in our family. The dash cam has already paid for itself as my insurance company used it as evidence against the other driver to prove we weren’t at fault. That’s saved me $500 deductible and also am at fault record.

In terms of the product, I am happy and satisfied so far. Installation is easy (I do not use the rear cam as a backup camera since my car has a built-in one). Quality of the videos and photos is good. From videos/photos recorded/taken during daytime I can read the plate number of the vehicles in front and behind me.

I like the fact that it records front and back and the video quality is decent for the price point. It also is easy to change settings on the device. However, it seems flimsy. The way it connects to the mount makes it very easy for the device to fly off! It seems like you should connect it then twist, but it does not twist and any pressure touching it from the side makes it easy to fall off. I just needed a new camera for a second car.My other dashcam seems sturdier even though it is several years old. but it only records forward, not backwards.

The company said they don't offer a discounted pricing for review to redeem themselves and provide proof their product has improved on quality. THEY WOULD ONLY REFUND IF I DELETE MY REVIEW??? WHY WOULD I DELETE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW ONLY TO LEAVE OTHERS TO BUY AN UNSAFE PRODUCT.

The product was well-packaged and worked well. The setup was not hard.

Used the dashcam for a bit over a year until it stopped working. It repetitively turns on for one second and then turns off. I checked if the wires were plugged in correctly and if the memory card still has space and they both are good, so it seems to be an issue with the dash can itself. Overall quality of the dash cam is decent for what you pay for. The suction cup holding the cam fell off a few times.

1. The resolution is very good for both day and night recording.2. I used the camera for almost a year. Just few weeks before the 1 year warranty ended, it started malfunctioning. After trying to troubleshoot the issue myself, I contacted the customer service. The representative apologized for the issues I encountered and provided me a shipping address to ship my original dashcam. I received a new one with no cost.

This dash cam is very good, light in weight, Easy to use. It’s so easy to operate. I’m so glad that I bought this Dashcam.
