Good quality product. Nano needle worked like a magic without painless effect can see the effect on skin. Best home use skin care device with good built in quality. Compliment with it was the Silicone mask very effective and useful product.

Dead on arrival, but not damaged during shipping!
Did not function either wirelessly after charging overnight, or plugged in via AC adapter. Not only that, but the QR code does not match the actual website for authenticating the device. According to the manufacturer, there are zero authorize resellers on Amazon. Put two and two together people. You get what you pay for! The real Dr. Pen M8 is over $200 on the legitimate manufacturer's website.Its also worth noting this is the third time I've written this honest and justifiably negative review and so far amazon has refused to post a single one of them. I wonder why?
