I use this daily in a health drink with other ingredients, and I try to only buy and eat organic. Since I can not give advice on all of the health benefits, you could possibly do that on your own. I bought this for digestion.
1part Cascara, 2 parts Licorice Root, 3 parts Buckthorn. All powder easy to mix. I try to drink 3 cups of this a day and watch my diet, no gluten, no processed sugars, no dairy. This takes effort, burt is very worth it!
