Q: does this plastic have any starch on it?

This tablecloth is clear and clean plastic, with no starch or other powder.

Q: What size should I get for a rectangle 6 seated table

I ordered 60x84 to have an 11” drop on the sides and about 13-14 drop on each end. That size was closest to the new linen tablecloth on the table that seats 6 without the leaf.

Q: Is this at least 4 guage thick?

Q: How thick is the plastic?

I would call it medium thickness. It is heavy enough to give good protection, but not overbearing. It is certainly not flimsy.
