Great for when babe is with more than one caretaker
Helpful tracker that keeps everyone in the know. Great for when babe is with more than one caretaker. Parents can fill out a little section on the bottom regarding their sleep pattern & when they last wet/bm'd or ate. That helps daytime caretaker know if/why babe might be fussy from lack of sleep. Also gives Mom peace of mind on days when she works late. She can look over the tracker and know what kind of day babe had. Also helps you see your baby's eat/sleep patterns if you want to maintain routines.

Very handy, but you could probably use plain writing paper to save some cash
I really like to use these for my twins just to see when I can speculate when they'll eat next. The only rub is, these are so darn expensive. I'm a graphic designer and am considering making a set of these myself and getting them copied and hole punched.I could get 1,000 sheets for what I pay for these. They are very handy, but the price is way too much for a mass produced printed item. I'm going to buy plain writing paper and use that when I run out of these most likely - great idea, just too pricey.

So helpful
I ordered this to help track how frequently my newborn was eating because I was concerned she may not be gaining enough weight. I like the ease of just checking off a box since there aren't many moments with free hands anymore. I also felt like using these sheets helped me to better answer the doctor's questions at my baby's appointments. Worth the investment, especially for a busy mom.

Great product! Buying again!!
Great and easy to use. I use it for all my daycare kids. I picked up a binder that fits the sheets and some dividers from Staples. I love using these sheets.

We have twins and this form works great for both kids daily activity
We have twins and this form works great for both kids daily activity. We also use the "Notes" section to share news about what our 2-year-old was up to during the day (meals, potty, etc).
