Storage bord is very cheap and non durable quality
This product is not durable, wood is very thin. There is no propper gapping or support for storage cap.

Fitting is not done proerly.
Beds fitting was not done proerly. Lower side ply seats were kept on floor without any suport. It was observed after opening the bed. It is requested to send the person to see the fitting of bed. Person reported for assembly had not done the work properly. I also could not check it as I was busy with other work and was had faith on him.. Such work spoils the image of company. I am sorry that I could not check it immediately.

Please don't buy this product, it's not actually wood. It's waste wood material which has been used to make the. It has collapsed multiple times... the support system is really bad.

For the price, the quality is good enough. The installation was done along with Delivery which is really appreciated.

Not proper
The different boards do not fit each other properly. As a result, there are gaps and spaces everywhere in the bed structure and it looks like a cheap assembled option. The assembly services are also very poor. Firstly, the technician came and refused to assemble the bed on the first floor. When I rescheduled the service and the new technician came, he somehow agreed to assemble it on the first floor when I offered to help in the assembly. He did not knew how to assemble and wasted 3 hours on one day and 2 hours on the next day to complete the installation.
