Works well and rechargeable. Has kept my cat entertained for hours!

This keeps my cats fairly entertained, but they do get bored after about 10 minutes. That makes total sense; the important thing is that they were entertained for a while!That said, I was concerned about an automatic laser because I didn't want to turn it on and forget it, leaving it running and killing the battery. This turns off automatically after 30(?) minutes, so all I have to do is press the button and walk away. Cats will enjoy it for a bit and it turns itself off.Great use of $20.

Product gets my cats attention and does a good job of entertaining her, but I find that its movements could be a bit smarter. The laser moves too fast most of the time and does not get as much attention as the feather. If the product moved slower or in a fashion that was more exciting for our cat, it would be perfect.

Pretty solid, chunky, little toy for relatively active pets. The attachments are just low enough for most tables, desks (for a relatively chill cat, a medium sized dog/more aggressive cat may need it suspended higher to prevent immediately breaking it). Not to say it's cheap, well-built and compact design helps in terms of durability. The screw mechanism into the desk is okay; I didn't have issues but I could see pets that really like it could break it.The attachments are adequately durable given that all interactive toys need to be somewhat disposable, as even the tamest of cats will eventually break any interactive toy. The problem is that they don't sell replacements. Their own representatives unironically recommend rubberbanding broken pieces to the device. They can't upsell their own customers on a plastic pet toy they clearly already make and customers clearly need? If anyone has ever bought an invincible plastic pet toy, well this one isn't it and please give me a link to buy that one. Seems like a lose lose situation between the lost business opportunity and the customer's inevitable problem. Easy to setup and I like that it's rechargeable. Laser works well, but wish there was a way to turn it off while still using the feather toy. My cat is scared or distracted by the toy because she's overstimulated by both the sound and the dual visual experience. That being said the toys themselves are good in and of themselves with the spin. It is relatively random, which was one part my cat did enjoy.The auto turn off feature I think is limited given the lack of an autoplay feature. Because it semi-automatically turns off but not on, you have to be present to activate it. If this product could turn on every 2-3 hours for 10-15 minutes, then you could engage your pet while you're gone. But if you're already home to turn it on, then you also could just turn it off yourself. so it's a convenience, not additional functionality. something as simple as a timer would make this full-automatic, and open up a completely different use case. However, this still works well while you're home but too busy to play with your cat. For the price that isn't bad, but I like to play with my cat whenever I can when I'm home, so ideally I would never use this, unfortunately. Because it is a decent toy for the price, just not well thought out from a pet or pet owner's perspective: from the inability to use while at work to the inability to use the feather without the laser to the inability to buy replacements for a pet toy.

The media could not be loaded.  My kitty took to this toy straightaway, and I also use it while I'm playing with him just to really give him a go at playing. A definite thumbs up with added toys as a free gift. Definitely would like .ore attachment choices, but that doesn't warrant it any less than 5 stars.I will say that I have to "jimmy" it onto my desk as I have a second lower lip, and the toy doesn't open wide enough, or have an opening wide enough to compensate for the extra lip (see pic.) However, my kitty doesn't play with the attachment, but rather looks at it with the laser, so that jerry-rig may not work if your kitty likes to grab a moving things. Givethis great toy a try!

If your cat likes chasing laser lights you MUST buy this. Best cat toy I've ever bought...and I've bought a lot. They don't play with the ribbons as much as I thought...probably need to be longer to get them to engage. But overall a fantastic purchase.

My cat loves this, but does get bored after a little while! The brightness of the laser is perfect. The toy is relatively quiet without the feather-belk attachment and I could easily turn this on in my bedroom and go to sleep, allowing my cat to play at night when he is active but still allowing me to get to sleep on time! The battery lasts awhile on full charge but will likely need to be charged everyday if you are using it. My only wish is that the laser part would be able to move independently from the rotating base, allowing true 180 degree coverage. Otherwise, this is a great toy for your cat!
