I like colors, but dislike instructions

Let me start by saying I’m very familiar with nails and worked along a Nail tech for years and started doing acrylics in 2002.With that being said I think my kit may have been a mix up, since it came with all the tools for Acrylic. I got gel Polish (at least that’s what it’s labeled as), with a UV light.I’ve used other Gel kits but during lock down decided I wanted my own. I chose this kit in particular because of the range of colors. It was one of the only kits that came with orange.The polish bottles do not come labeled! I had to open each one to determine the colors, which became pretty frustrating.The polishes themselves are fine, they don’t lack pigment and the brushes inside are good.The base coat and top coats have a different label than the gel polishes. I can hold them under the lights all the live long day and they’ll never cure. I expect the base coat to be a smidge tacky - but the top coat should cure dry. I’m doing very thin light coats and they’re wet for days after curing.If you’re on the fence I would go with a different brand. A family member of mine has a different brand gel kit from Amazon that I’ve used, and her polish and top coats cure perfectly.

Its ok for price

I really enjoyed this product. I will give it 5 stars because it works and the instructions to use are pretty straight forward. I will say the bottles are small and I don’t like all the colors. When applying the base coat it is important to make sure to cover all the nail but not let it run to the cuticle area to much because of not you will leave I guess a weak area and the gel will lift. It happened in one nail to me but now I know where to apply and where to be careful that I’ve got no complaints on that end 🤩

I just needed it a bigger light cause I do my feet to when I do my nails ! I had to get a new light cause the first one didn’t work and the second is half way working properly! So I would say shop around more for sets !!! But they colors are so pretty I love the colors I got
