Briggs & Stratton 6338 Rotating Surface Cleaner for Gas Pressure Washers, 16-Inch

Got this to use with my new Greenworks 2000 PSI, 1.1 GPM Pressure Washer. Easy assembly and hook up. I read alot of reviews and used the advice of many, and my results were better than expected. When using it, take your time and overlap to avoid missed spots and streaks. When you are all finished, disconnect it, and then use just your wand to clean up any residue left behind, BEFORE it dries on the surface. So far, so good. Hopefully, it should last a while.

My husband used this Briggs & Stratton 14" surface cleaner to power wash his shop floor with 4,000 pounds pressure per square inch. The spray nozzle is easy to attach to the pressure washer with quick connect. It went over the floor easily and moved quickly over the large area. A wet/dry vacuum was used to pick up the water; this system worked well with a two-man team.The device didn't pick up deep oil stains in the cement, even though my husband used the brush at the perimeter to try to remove hard stains. Even so, he was satisfied with the result, and appreciated the good quality and durability of the spray nozzle. He commented that after use, it didn't look like it had ever been used. Excellent value for the price and would definitely recommend. Five stars overall.

This thing is bullet proof and cleans amazingly well! Wow. If you make sure that the device is in good contact with the surface you are cleaning, it kicks up very little spray. It attaches easily to my 3200PSI gas washer and is fantastic for concrete. Run towards it.

Kind of bought this surface cleaner as an afterthought. I just bought a new gas powered pressure washer, mainly to clean a 1200 sq. ft. exposed aggregate patio. As an experiment, I did one half of the patio, with just the wand (used the 40 degree angle tip). It is so much fun just using a pressure washer. It did take quite some time though. Then I filled up the surface cleaner with detergent. You can adjust the flow of the detergent by rotating the valve on the top of the surface cleaner between the 1 position and 0 position (1 being max flow and 0 being off, I guess). I would say the second half of the patio took about 25% of the time compared to the first half - and I think I did a better job. The hard plastic bristles around the bottom periphery of the surface cleaner tended to get "stuck" if the angle of the power washer wand gets too steep. I'm freakishly tall, so I had to bend to get it going easily. I think I'll buy a wand extension to make this a bit easier, but I think most people under 6' 10" won't have a problem. The plastic housing seems a bit less durable than a metal housing would be, but I banged it into the armourstone surrounding my patio a few times, and it was fine. I didn't want to pay the extra money for a metal surface cleaner. It's well made enough for the average homeowner, in my opinion. I didn't need to lubricate the rotating assembly, as some others have mentioned - it worked fine right out of the box.I think it is very good value for the money. If you want to clean off a bigger patio or a driveway - this is an absolute home run, what a time saver! Can't say I would ever buy a surface cleaner without the built in detergent tank, it's a great feature. Highly recommended!

Excellent product that when coupled to a Briggs and Stratton petrol washer works like a charm. Well made and gets the pathways really clean. Top product.Those who have problems with the surface cleaner probably have an electric power washer with a low output. This is a quality cleaner that needs to be coupled to at least a 3,000 PSI machine and not a cheap electric one.
