3 Piece Dry Brush Set for Cellulite Massaging, Dry Body Brushing

I read about dry brushing online, and given that I love to use scrubs in the shower, I thought it would be right up my alley. I was right! I love brushing my skin every morning before I shower. The exfoliation feels good. I can't say I feel more energized per se, but it has become part of my morning routine and I really enjoy it. I have only used the softer brush so far, but I have started applying more pressure, so I will try the firmer brush eventually. I tried the face brush but it felt a little too rough, so I don't use that piece. I like the long handle to reach the middle of my back, but especially appreciate that it is removable for when I travel (which is a lot for work). I like the strap on the brush because it gives me a better grip, but often I find myself not using it. I will say I think the skin on my inner thighs has firmed up since I started dry brushing. I won't be a bikini model any time soon, but I think it has made a notable difference and I'm pleased. Also, the packaging this set came in was top notch. Impressed.One last side note: if you heard the recent news about the new "organ" discovered in the human body (the fluid-filled interstitium, said to have more mass than the skin), dry brushing makes a lot more sense medically speaking.

I really like this. I don't know how well it works for what it says it does, but it feels nice to do and I feel like it's a good, straightforward exfoliator. The product comes with instructions and you can also watch a video. I am using the softer brush, as well as the face brush. They also come with a bag, which I thought was dumb until I traveled last week and it was nice to stash everything in there. It seems like good quality and I would recommend it.

I order a lot on Amazon and usually the quality is so so. This brush set honestly WOWED me with its packaging, design and quality. The little face brush is the perfect "roughness" to help stimulate lymph and exfoliate the skin without being too painful ;) I love that the two body brushes have a handheld or long handle option. If you are new to brushing, the softer brush is a nice starter as you work yourself up to the stiffer brush for maximum skin brushing benefits.Yes, skin brushing can hurt. It's uncomfortable. But you get used to it :) I'm excited to renew my practice with this gorgeous set!

Really good quality brush set, handles are a nice addition. I do find the long handle can be a a little finicky to attach and remove.
