The Hollywood Beauty brand Carrot Oil is mostly cooking oils and chemicals. Also contains parabens. Even thought the pure carrot oil costs more, it is a better buy. If you wish ot thin it you can thin with the natural oil of your choice and skip the chemical stew. Thanks for your question.  While the Carrot Oil worked very well for me at the time I posted the review, I kept researching for better hair products. I currently use all natural hair products like 100% Africa Shea Butter, Organic Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera Juice, Grapeseed Oil, Avocado Oil, etc.  I found that the 100% natural hair products worked even better for my hair. Yes I mix it with some body lotion and use it to nourish my skin. Or a small dab on some really dry areas works too. Great stuff!
