The chair good quality and comfortable and completely satisfied.

Build quality is good. One small issue. The armrests aren't leveled correctly. One arm rest is higher than other.UPDATE: Greensoul reached out and offered to replace the armrest, however as its not that big of a deal for me, i refused for the replacement.NOTE: you cannot lock the backrest in reclined position. it only locks when its straight.. so if you want to have the seat reclined, then you need to keep it pushed back by yourself.

The media could not be loaded. So I got this chair few months back, and I started facing backpain a lot, I thought it must be because of my 10 hrs continously sitting on the chair, then my friend felt the same issue on the chair, he even noticed the problem with cushion which wasn't right coz it was putting pressure on the thighs, we found the alignment of the backrest was not straight was in left side which was causing the problem, and the lumber support COULD not stay still, I have to keep it pulling up from time to time, it wasn't stable and so does the head rest, it was loose, I reached manufacturer customer service, they asked for few picks and videos, they assigned a tech visit, he noticed alignment, handlebar, lumber support headrest everything had some issues, so then customer service asked me to de assemble the chair and pack it so they can collect, which was done and I got a replacement in few days.Now about the replacement chair : it does looks a little smaller in size compared to the 1st one, no issues, but the chair cushion was completely different from the previous one, it was mesh material and was not that comfortable too, I contacted customer service to let them know I received different cushion seat and they assured me this one is far better than the previous one, so gave it a try, backrest alignment is straight but same issue with lumber it doesn't seems to stay still, when you rest on it it goes down, it's been couple on months and here it is a pile of problems, I've also attached images and videos showing the issues, 1) the cushion worn out when I was assured that this is better than the previous, I cant feel any confort at all, it's like there's a hole imprinted on the cushion. 2) the handlebars or hand rest are not the same length. 3) the head rest as you can see I have to put rolls of clothes in between to make it stay put. 4) the lumber support is as same as it was with the previous one which doesn't not stay up! (I think I should gave it some vigara to stay standing 🤣). 5) the lever keeps loosing, the lock doesn't stay at its place. 6) now 1st one had a issue with back rest alignment but this one has issue with full chair alignment, I was confused and I thought it could be the floor thats not straight horizontal, so took the chair in every room to see if that's resolves the issue and the chair alignment is right, but nah it's the chair. Still could have lived with that if the cushion was replaced. I contacted customer again and shared the details and images and videos of most of issues with the chair, and then they contacted me and informed me that cushion doesn't comes under warranty? Really! I means you guys sent me the different and low quality seat in the first place saying that its a good quality and better than the previous one...So I'm on my last paragraph of my essay🤣Writing about the sad story of my chair🤔.Conclusion : if you're looking for this model, back off, FALL BACK, RETREAT I repeat RETREAT, ITS AN AMBUSH OF THE CHAIR ISSUES..

My chair has started getting some cracks
