We purchased two mattresses. Easy to setup with the rechargeable battery pump. Using it daily they each developed a large bubble in the center. Didn't bother us too much, maybe a retainer popped. But now one of them loses air daily and the other in 4 or 5 days. I don't think we were hard on them. After we replace them we'll try to see why they leak down so fast. But, the pump fills them back up easily.

Awesome for motorcycle trip. Battery charge isn't 4 inflations, it was actually every inflation. Needed to use my power pack to charge battery on pump while I setup camp.

I bought this for a camping trip with some friends. I had not been camping in AGES. I set up my sleeping area and pumped up my mattress. When I went to bed about 6 hours later it was not as full of air as when I left it. However, it did not need more air to sleep on. It was still comfy. When I went to the bathroom at 5 am I felt I needed more air. I had to do a quick air pump and pray I didn't wake anyone up.

I just received this on March 3rd in preparation for a season full of camping road trips starting at the end of April. I unpacked it last night and charged the battery for the recommended 4 hours (left it plugged in overnight.) I did a test inflation this morning and was thoroughly surprised and pleased. It inflated the mattress completely in 1:17 seconds. When I say it inflated it completely, I specifically mean that it was firm enough for me at 235 lbs to crawl onto it on my hands and knees and then lay on my side (because I’m a side sleeper) without ever feeling the floor surface through the mattress.I intend to use this in a tent on top of a camping cot and I am quite sure that it will serve well in that capacity. On a flat carpeted basement floor I didn’t collapse the mattress enough to feel the floor so I’m sure the camp cot surface will be ideal for some good sleep.The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I haven’t used it extensively yet and as a result, I can’t speak to the durability factor of the mattress. I’ll update the review at the end of the camp season to assess the durability of the product as well.

I was honestly pretty impressed with this air mattress. I charged the pump part before leaving for a camping trip and when it was time to blow up the mattress it inflated quickly and a bit quieter than some others I’ve used.I needed to add some additional air after the first night of sleeping on it but it really didn’t lose much air on a whole compared to others I’ve had where you needed to fill it up every few hours. I didn’t use the pump to deflate it, I just opened the vent and rolled it up, which went very smoothly as well. Overall, I’m impressed and would recommend this product.

Update: after my review, the company reached out and offered to send me another one in an attempt to "make things right". After receiving the replacement and using it during one of the coldest camping nights this season, I have to say it worked perfectly! This replacement held air the entire night! In fact, I had to let some air out because it was too firm from holding all its air! I love this mattress!Love the built-in/rechargeable air pump and love how fast it is to inflate.I needed something that wasn't a standard mattress pad while camping for my back. This starts off quite firm but by morning it's lost so much air I feel like I'm on a water bed (not quite on the floor yet). That being said. I still slept really well on it. It supports my lower bag and I wake up without lower back pain. I feel it's not supposed to deflate this much during the night. I may return it and see if a replacement is better and stays inflated. I'm currently laying on it at my campsite and have used it for 4 days so far. Each day, I need to reinflate it before bed. I weigh 230lbs and I don't see any obvious breaks in the seams.

I bought this air mattress about a year ago and used it once for car camping at a concert. I put it away since then, but took it out this past week because I'll be car camping at the same concert this year. When I tried to use the built-in rechargeable pump, it wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted customer service right away and got a replacement sent directly to me in about 2 days. The communication was great. I'd highly recommend this company.

I thought this was too good to be true. Loved the convenience and ease of use. Held a charge and was able to use to inflate and plump up after several nights of use. I would totally buy this product again.
