The cleanser is a gel that only requires a small amount to clean and remove makeup. It doesn't quite remove waterproof mascara but does a good job on eyeshadow and foundation as well as sunscreen. The cream is more of a lotion and pretty lightweight and gentle with no fragrance. This set is so gentle on the skin. Some skincare products advertise themselves as "clean" or "gentle" but when you look at the ingredients list you know it isn't. I made sure to check out the ingredients before use and didn't see anything that would be a cause for alarm. There wasn't anything on the list I didn't want on my skin. This set allows you to try it out before committing to the larger sizes but even a "small" set like this lasts a few weeks. It comes in a cute drawstring cloth bag, perfect for weekend getaways, or if you are just using the set at home then you can use the bag for other things. I love that it is fragrance free, so no overwhelming fragrances here. This set is just perfect for anyone with sensitive skin AND fragrance sensitivity. This trial set doesn't have the unique twist cap, I think it is only on the full sized ones. I've tried another one of their sister brands and it has the same twist cap that I've gotten used to having - very unique packaging from any other skincare products out there. Both of these tubes have a foil protection seal. I have such a soft spot for this outstanding K-Beauty brand. Their products make me smile and my face sing. I DEW CARE just "speaks" to so many of my skin needs, and has given me a variety of skincare products to cherish.As someone with sensitive/allergy-prone skin, I was eager to try this panthenol cleanser and ceramide moisturizer duo, which also makes a handy travel set. Panthenol is moisturizing, and ceramides provide a barrier that locks in moisture and prevents dryness and irritation with anti-ageing benefits. The formula is keeping it simple for us sensitive girls, and I appreciate it. BOTH ARE TOTALLY SCENT-FREE. If you can smell a hint of anything, your nose is in active overdrive.The cleanser is used a.m. and/or p.m. by creating a lather in wet palms before massaging into the face, and then rinse-off. Afterwards, the ceramide-rich moisturizer locks in hydration. Simple, easy, effective, drama and irritation free. Feels great, like nothing but moisture is on my skin. This duo is a keeper for me and something that I will always be able to rely on when my skin needs a really sensitive touch.
