Would recommend this hairdryer as great lead length quieter than my old dryer also does not get hot like my old dryer lovely heat settings good value. Recommended by my own hairdresser who also uses this .

Stopped working after 11 months
Worked fine for 11 months then just stopped working, red flashing lights when i plugged it in sadly. There's no option to return the item with Amazon under warranty for repair which is very poor as i thought this would be basic rights under a 12 month warranty. I've had to contact the manufacturer via their website to find out if i can return to them under warranty - still awaiting a reply. Amazon if you're reading this, i am disappointed that you do not have the return for repair option on this order. Next time i'll think twice when ordering expensive electricals with you!!
