Nice enough looking bag and doesn't look or feel poorly made. It's not much different than any cheapish bag you'd buy from high street shops other than the print. My daughter loves it, however, the strap snapped the first time she used it and she barely had anything in it, it's really not worth the money at all. I will be sending this back but not sure if we will ask for a refund or see if a replacement is any better..

Brought this 4 months ago for my daughter, didn't review straight away as I was a bit skeptical after seeing previous reviews, she absolutely loved it when it came, however the quality isn't the greatest, it's now December & the handles have broke. The material feels a bit cheap too.

My daughter loves this backpack to bits, it’s slightly smaller than a regular backpack. The zip it not very good quality and can be temperamental. Problem is my daughter loves it so much I may have to buy another when the zip finally goes.

Straps and hooks broke within a few weeks of use, not up to the task of a school bag. We got 2 and both broke.

The actual anime character on the bag is an awful print. The quality on the material is awful. I can say this bag won't last long for school which is what I bought it for. My daughter likes it but I know it will be a waste of money. I give it a week max before it breaks. Such a shame
