Butterfly Kisses

I watched this because I'm a fan of found footage films (yep) and found this on a list of films of this ilk you may not have seen. It was good, not great, until the ending. There needs to be a resolution of some sort for me to find a film enjoyable, if you don't need that you may like this.

Don't normally like found footage type films and yes, this did require a leap of the imagination but it was clever, well-acted and I enjoyed it.

It's quite boring. I wasted my money on renting it :(

I thought I'd aready reviewed this, but here goes again: as always, no spoilers from me!I've been a fan of FF films ever since the hugely succesful marketing ploy of TBWP, and although there have been others before (ZH being one), TBWP made this sub-genre of horror famous.What sets this film out above the others is that although it explores a topic that has been done (urban myth/legend), it does it in a new and exciting way, whereas the myth doesn't follow the legend as it was told, making this film very much an 'edge of your seat/what is going to happen next' every time they pick up the camera or you watch past footage.Definitely worth 5 skulls on Shudder, this, and a massive hats off to the Director for this excellent film.
