Just received. Looks like a quality product.Same thickness and measurements as the factory 3 core radiator removed, the 3 core radiator puts the fan inside the shroud in correct position for the distance wise. However the the lower part of the fan shroud will block the cooler lines. Not good a thing.You can still see the heat marks from the welds. Be aware if this is a for a show car. Not that big of deal. However if you plan to use a factory fan shroud, plan to modify your shroud a lot to be able to center the fan and clear the cooler lines. The factory shroud mounting holes are 26 3/4 from center line to center line. The holes on the radiator are 26 1/4. This is for the factory metal 19 1/2 inch shroud , I even compared it to my factory plastic 68 impala shroud ( 19 inch), cleared the cooler lines, but you can’t center it for a 17 in clutch fan. Same issues but clears the cooler lines.If you don’t want to modify, order the one with electric fans.But for the price , it can work. I haven’t tested it yet, but pretty sure it won’t leak. Looks Ima return it and just go full electric as I’m not going to modify these hard to find 60 year old parts..

4 core radiator doesn’t fit 61 impala stock manual steering box but looks like a nice radiator

We tried 2 of these and they didn’t cool the engine. Chinese junk.

Bolted right in. Had to space it toward the engine for more core to factory mounting spacer to the rad support. Observe what you are doing and you will not have any issues.
