Scooter came scratched up due to poor packaging, product itself is okay.
A large generic OEM brand based in ShenZhen that recently entered the mid-range pro market, IMO they should stick to their wholesale business. Your pro scooter will arrive in an updated carton box with edgy cool graphics. Inside, you will find the handlebars and the aluminum deck zip tied together with no padding or any protection other than a clear plastic bag wrapped around the deck. No effort or thought was made to prevent the aluminum deck & the heavy steel bars from hitting and scratching each other due to shipping. If three white zip ties are the only idea a multi-million dollar OEM metal specialist company can come up with to prevent the parts from moving around, they might as well just stick to wheel hub and frying pans which seem to hold up much better. I guess at least now it comes with colored graphics on the outside to wow your kids so they don't get too upset after opening the box.I took apart the scooter to review the quality, the wheels are better than the cheap Fuzion ones if you ignore the scratches. The headset is butter smooth. The IHC shim and fork is made of high quality aluminum and the tolerance is just right, unlike what you will find on the Fuzion ones. The fork itself is a bit heavy since the IHC shaft is solid, not milled out in the middle as most aluminum forks you will find out there on the market. The deck is overall well made and light weight, though a bit short for adults. The front bottom plate has a half hole cutout which ruins the overall design IMO. The clamp works, but gets loose easily. I swapped it out with a Lucky 3-bolt clamp. The bars came with tons of micro scratches and dings, the warning sticker is super hard to peel off and will leave all the glue on the bars once you do manage to peel the warning label off. The remaining clear glue is next to impossible to wipe off unless you have "Goo Gone", I didn't.If it wasn't for the poor packaging / scratches, I would say it is a good alternative to get some of the name brands to upgrade their low mid-range completes from still using heavy steel forks that are a lot cheaper to make. For a little bit more, you can get a Madd Gear Origin complete that is better in almost every way. For a bit less, you have the Envy One S3 defending the $100+ territory. And if you want the pre-scratched up look, you can find tons of used ones with after-market parts that came scratched from riding, not poor packaging. If you want to pay near name brand price for a re-branded generic big box store scooter that comes pre-scratched due to poor packaging from the factory, then support them and their so claimed "pro" team by all means.Hope you find my review informative and support the teams & rider owned brands to make the community better.
