100% ALL Natural Ingredients, Grown and prepared in the USA!! This actually tastes Really Good and has a warm calming feeling!!! The bottle and instructions say 30 drops or one dropper full....!! The dropper fills naturally about 2/3rds full and I have counted three times now, when you fill the dropper to where it fills it is always right at 30 drops (once it was 29), an easy dosage is ONE Dropper full (which isn't all the way to the top); I placed it under my tongue and swallowed after every ten drops!!! Each swallow was Delicious and had a soothing warm effect and made me feel Great!!! Excellent Price on this lovely mix of natural fresh herbs!!! Love it!! Thank you!!!

I have been using Sister Sage “Holy Mama” product for a few months and I absolutely love it. I decided to try this “Peace & Love” tincture and it is wonderful too. I think it is more for nighttime since it makes me a bit sleepy, but super-nice mellow.I love Hawthorne which is the main ingredient in this product, plus it has Milky Oats. I drink Hawthorn Tea almost every night before bedtime and it really helps me sleep. I love Flora brand Heart of Hawthorn tea, but when I travel I can’t always make the tea. This Peace & Love is a wonderful alternative. I also take a small dose of melatonin - like 2mg and along with Hawthorne I sleep like a baby, plus extra-nice dreams!Sister Sage is located in Oregon, my home state. Both of the products I have tried from them are super fresh, well made, and actually grown and produced in Oregon.
