The rechargeable battery died about three months after I bought the vacuum cleaner. According to many review comments, a replacement battery cannot be purchased for love or money. Don't believe it. I purchased a Eufy HomeVac Lithium-Ion Battery Pack for S11 Go & S11 Infinity,White on Amazon and it works fine. It's white instead of black like the original battery, but I can't see why that would make a difference. Other than the color, the Eufy battery has precisely the same technical specifications and looks and works exactly the same. The vacuum itself has great suction, handles well, reaches under most furniture, and the battery life is more than sufficient to vacuum a three bedroom two bath house of 2,000 square feet on a single charge. I have a pug that sheds like there's no tomorrow and this vacuum keeps my house and furniture fur free. Note that the manufacturer of the Eufy HomeVac Lithium-Ion Battery Pack also manufacturers vacuum cleaners that compete with the Toppin, so I'm not surprised they told me their battery wouldn't work with it. Check the specs on the Eufy and Toppin battery packs and you will see they are identical right down to where the mold divot is on their cases.

This was our first stick vacuum. It has been working fine for about a month now. I have been using it quite a bit on our carpet and tile floors. I like the 4 LED lights in the front - really helps to see things in dimly lit areas. I mounted the wall holder in our laundry room near an electrical outlet - it not only holds the vacuum, but all the attachments too. I also like the small hose for attachments. Battery life seems pretty good - I get from around 30 to 40 minutes on a charge. Recommended!

I have had this for over a month. It does do good for picking up dirt and hair (dog/cat) off of tile and hardwood floor. Battery on high speed does last between 10 - 15 minutes. Love the wheels on it. They are smooth and quiet. Attachments are nice. So nothing really negative except for the battery. So over-all I guess it is ok. Not sure if I would purchase another one though.

I highly recommended this vacuum. It is powerful , quiet, wire free, small, and light weight. The price also very reasonable. My house is about 2200 square feet plus I have three children. Two of my kids have asthma.I have to clean the dust daily. Three of us have long hair. Our floor will get dirty easily. With this produce I could clean whenever I want since it is very quiet. The battery also very long lasting. Once it charged, it will be able to clean the whole house. It also have different size of cleaning parts. I could clean from corner to corner , from the top to the bottom, and even for my car and bed. Also, it is hand free to dump dirt from the dust cup. The dust cup also washable. The LED lights on the front of the vacuum head is more easier for me to look at the dust and hair under the bed or table. I really recommend the Toppin vacuum cleaner. It really help my daily cleaning work much more easier and faster.

Typical waste of money with zero recourse. Warranty is for 12 months. Unit starts to fail after 14 months. Runs for less than 10 min. Then dies. Customer service claims these are second hand units and no battery replacement offer. Also because of the design, pet fur blocks the intake line at the collection jar and heavier solids fall down onto the area just vacuumed when machine is shut of. Basically it’s a stick it to you vacuum that cost me $170+ This is so unacceptable and such a scam. Shame on me for even thinking this would have been a worthwhile purchase. Extremely disappointed in Toppin and Amazon for selling this junk. If I could give it a minus star rating I would.

Bought this as the newer model rec from Amazon for one I discovered from an Apartment Therapy review.This. Kicks. A**. I have an 8 yr old Dyson Animal and while it probably has slightly more suction for hair (haven’t had a real test of that yet, only have a part time dog) the Dyson is loud, heavy, and corded. Thus, I rarely vacuumed as much as I needed to. This Toppin? It’s smooth rolling, with the floor beater bar attachment, easy to vacuum couch crevasses w the combo brush/smooth flat head, and perfect for cars w the bendy hose. It sucks up a TON of dirt, I can vacuum while my husband is asleep, and other than my arm getting tired because I have pool noodles instead of muscles, it has a rather absurdly long battery life and is so light, I can vacuum the ceiling corners all the way down to the floor.

It has good suction but it’s top heavy and the battery lasts about 10 minutes. Not worth buying

I bought this vacuum in May of 2022 and absolutely loved it - it was great for the prices and really got the job done. However in the last few uses I've noticed that the suction doesn't work very well and stuff get stuck at the base where the roller part of vacuum connects to the long metal tube - and also where the metal tube connects to the main body at the top. I regularly clean the vacuum and ensure it's charged (it holds a great charge).Really liked this vacuum but I am disappointed in the blockage issues despite being well kept.

This Cleaning is superbly designed. It comes apart for Cleaning like a dream. The Brush Head had LED lights for dark places and has an independent Drive Motor. The brush Head comes out of the housing so easy for Cleaning. The cleaning power comes with three settings: Low, Medium and High. I have only used the Vacuum cleaner on medium as it is so efficient I do not need to use the Max settings.. This is a very good purchase price this this Cleaner. I would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome vacuum! Clean up is easy and battery lasts long enough to get our small house done.

This cordless stick vacuum is amazing. My wife had wanted to have one in the house for quick messes since her sister had purchased a stick vacuum. Difference is hers was a piece of crap from a retail store that had zero suction. LED lights on beater bar are so bright you could vacuum in the dark...lol. Has a quick partial charge so you can finish the job. Attachments are good, we like that you can just use the hose attachment making it very portable to clean your vehicles with. I would recommend this product.

Removing the dirt from this vacuum is the worst!! If you try to dump it out using the bottom opening, all the dirt gets stuck in the hinge and you can't close it. If you try to remove the canister and pour the dirt out the top, you can't get the canister to clip back in. After trying for half hour, mine is now laying in pieces in the closet!! Either way gets dirt everywhere!!!!!! It does have a long battery life but what good is that while it is in pieces in the closet.After 10 months, the battery is dead.Don't buy this.

Battery is not charging anymore. Bought on april 1st but has been put aside until moving on july1st, about 1month of use. Manufacturer is not responding to emails. Very disappointing!
