Brilliant book but beyond disappointed in the condition of the book when it arrived

The same as any other book of it's type, i read better before from other Nutritional Therapists

Brought this for my dad who loves to read about things that have health benefits and he has been loving this book. He said it is brilliant, so a great gift from me, the only problem is that he now rings me every 5 min telling me I need to try this or eat that haha

Disappointed to find the text is not referenced - there is no reference list for the book. What science is this book based on? This is no use to me.
