I truely hope no one shares a photo or video of using this product ha ha.Seriously though, I bought it because my left hand has carpal tunnel and just went thru the surgery.My left hand main job is to keep me clean down there and I was in panic because I'm to fluffy and out of shape to reach with my other hand.So i bought a bidet to install (that was a disaster)I bought this contraption and a portable bidetIm so glad I had both.So I recommend a bidet... coukd be a portable one.I also decided to use baby wipes instead of tp with the wand ... yes baby wipes are not flushable... even the flushable ones shouldn't be flushed.The 2 reasons I ditched the tp on the wand is because the tp would rip terribly baby wipes do not. Second the release button didn't release the tp because ot was wrapped around to much. You had to because the tp ripped.The baby wipe wrapped around once and when it was time to dispose of the wipe the button to release worked much better

It’s worthless and unsanitary when removing soiled toilet paper. It is cheaply made. The handle is too thin and the usable wiping end is too wide.

Granted it needs the grabber part that holds the tissue to be rubber in order to grab the tissue but it doesn't release very well! And it makes it not very easy for wiping! It could use to be longer!

I still have to wipe the elderly person. A person has to be able to get to the right area to wipe and on this instance and was done time and time again just did not properly clean.

Bursitis or bad back keeping you from reaching this will help! Perfect for when you are in pain!! Read the directions, follow them, clean as you use and it works perfect! Saved my life many days! No embarrassing requests for help!
