This is educational but also fun. I took the two to visit my son & family. We are keeping track of everyone's travels and visits by putting stickers on the places we have all been. Choose a color for each person, choose a different shape for where we've lived, vs where we've visited. In this day and age, family can be spread out, and my sons tend to travel to other countries for work and play. So it's been fun seeing on the map who has been where, between the son who lives in WI, and the other son who lives in London. It's a bit like a game, "where in the world is" the next place to explore. Of course the US map gets the most stickers.

These are beautiful and accurate maps for the wall or for table top use. I will use these on our wall in our school room, right above the globe. Putting our country or our world in perspective is important in teaching and in personal use for following the daily news. These maps are well made and laminated so that they can be touched by small hands or even marked with an erasable marker. I am very pleased with this map set!

(I wish I had more space available to hang bigger maps. sigh.)
