MacBook Pro M3 and dual monitors - works great
Overall this is a great unit, does exactly what it says it will.My only complaint (and not really a complaint per se, since the description clearly lets you know what to expect) is that they have less thunderbolt ports and more regular USB ports. I would like to have more thunderbolt ports, but that's not a big deal really.Overall it works great, kind of hard to have a sleek set up with the way the ports are arranged, but I have mine on the little dock sitting vertically and it isn't terrible. No sound at all and definitely handles all that I need it to - and now I can just unplug one cable and take my laptop wherever I want to.Other solutions have more thunderbolt ports but the price is much higher so I am very satisfied with this unit.

Not your typical thunderbolt hub!!
I didn't realize the huge difference between different thunderbolt hubs. There are only a few options if you want full speed thunderbolt 4,this why this costs $200! My previous hub couldn't even run 4k 30hz. This will handle everything you throw at it. Now I have 4k 60 hz and full speed access to all of my drives and ethernet! It's pricey but there's a reason for that! Reminds me of the fraudulent SD cards. The cheap versions are frauds, scams. They say Thunderbolt 4 but run at a fraction of the speed.

Very Solid
I got this to connect my Lenovo Carbon X1 to three monitors, a camera, USB speakers, a USB headset and a USB hub. When Win11 came out, there was a glitch that limited the Lenovo docking station to only two monitors, so I (my work) bought this one. It has been about a year, and I am happy enough with it.It does seem to have issues with the USB hub, but that may be my laptop. The USB speakers cut out if I use something on the USB hub.It also gets pretty hot, and sometimes it emits a buzzing hum, like static. I work from home, so it runs 24/7 - restarting it once in a while negates the issues. My only real issue is the design. You really need the stand, which costs a lot for a piece of plastic. Even with the stand, it falls over all the time due to all the cables pulling on it. I ended up sticking it to my desk with Gorilla tape, but more than once it has been pulled out of the stuck-down stand when I move my desk up or down.

Better than Microsoft Dock
This dock is WAY better than the Microsoft dock! My power port does not over heat anymore. My screen doesn’t flash anymore. It also takes up less space. It really is amazing.

Glitchy
Bought this over a year ago. Great configuration for my laptop that has the one USB-C outlet for everything: power, video, audio, etc.Works fine, except about 6 months ago it started resetting itself randomly. I can't correlate the reset to anything. Anker support hasn't responded. It also needs one or two more USB-C ports on the back, and I personally don't like the audio port on the front (or it needs a second audio port on the back).

Great hub and with the stand even better
Has All I would want - very compact - compared to my HP work dock. Beast to carry - THis one is easy to travel with.

Do not buy this if you are a Mac user. (they say this in small print on the web page)
I usually like Anker products but this one has sub par performance with the new MacBooks and M1 chips. It will require you to constantly turn the mac and monitors on and off and plug and unplug cords to get it to work right, and anytime you mac goes to sleep or you unplug it you'll spend another 2-5 minutes doing it all over again. And good luck getting multiple montiors to work. You can leave then plugged and set up the same way and every time you wake the computer up it's a crap shoot if they work, or mirror, or just display nothing at allHalf the time I plugged it in my monitors said "no signal"if you want a good dock for the Macbook look at the Cal Digit T3.Anker blames apple for the issues but...the cal digit i replaced it with works just fine....so maybe Anker is just making excuses for a crappy product.Either way, if you're a mac user look at OWC or Cal Digit or another brand that's been shown to work with the M1 chips.

Perfect accessory to Macbook 14 Pro
Perfect item for the new Macbook 14 Pro. Was able to connect all of my connections including my monitor, external hard drive, printer, speakers. All connected through one USB c cable. Amazing and has never failed.
