Beautiful authentic mounted buffalo longhorns. Was looking for steer horns to mount over my log cabin fireplace and these far beyond exceeded my expectations. I have numerous other authentic furs and animal mounts in my home and these fit perfectly and great a presence you won’t find with any other product. The horns contain deep rich color, smoothed to perfection and advertised size. The mount is hand crafted with detail and the leather is rich, soft and genuine. Completes my stone fireplace. I will be purchasing more horns and definitely advocate to friends looking for a similar item to complete there decor.

Description clearly says these are between 71” and 82.5”. Fully assembled using the pre-drilled holes as these came, they are less than 51” fully assembled. Not even close to the advertised length. Had I known, I would not have purchased.

The actual horn length and circumference are substantially smaller than pictured. The circumference at the base of the horns are about as small as my wrist. The true length of each horn is roughly 22 inches. The bulky base and plain wood backing seem too large for the horns. This is something I would pay $200 for.

Considering there is no such animal as a longhorn buffalo, hard to believe there is anything authentic about these horns. If they’re even real they’re from cattle, not buffalo.

Like my old pappy always said, If you want good oats they cost a little more but if you don't mind used oats they're real cheap
