We are really enjoying these pans, especially knowing that there aren't any chemicals floating in the air when cookingThe handle do not get hotThe bottom of each pan is quite slippery and easily slides out the food directly into your plate without any mess. It cleans up beautifully We just wait for the pans to cool down then wash them with some soapy water.When cooking I always start with high heat and when they get warm, I turn the temperature to medium. For simmering I will lower the heat even further down to 2-3.In order for the food not to start sticking to the pan I always use a trivet when the food is half cookedA little bit of coconut or Avocado oil goes a long wayThese may be a bit pricey but worth every penny. I already own 2 green pan pots and the moment I saw these pans I had to have them.Btw The price have come down slightly after I purchase themI highly recommend these.

I really like these pans and the company does a great job laying out best practices to keep the pans in good shape. I purchased a set of Caraway pans 2 years ago, and I would say I prefer these. I have only had these pans a short while so I can’t speak to the durability, but these pans are amazing and truly nonstick. Best scrambled eggs ever.
