Excellent for Occlusive Therapy – Large, Comfortable, and Stays Put
I've been using these Dimora hydrocolloid dressings as part of my occlusive therapy routine, and they’ve worked extremely well. The 4" x 4" size is ideal — large enough to cover problem areas without needing to overlap multiple patches. They're also impressively thin, which makes them very comfortable to wear under clothing or even overnight without bunching or peeling. The self-adhesive backing is strong without being harsh on the skin. They stick securely for hours (even up to 24 hours in my case) but remove easily and cleanly without irritation or residue. The thin profile also helps reduce visibility if worn in noticeable areas. These dressings have helped create a moist healing environment, which has noticeably improved my skin texture and healing time. Whether you're using them for wound care, acne, or general barrier treatment, I highly recommend this product. Great quality and value for a 20-pack.

Miracle Bandages to heal open wounds.
This stuff is amazing and great for healing open wounds that sometimes can take forever too close up due to diabetes or weakened immune system. It did its job and aided in healing an open wound that a wound specialist couldn’t. I cut it down to correct wound size-applied it and left it on for a week at a time. It closed up wound by creating skin regeneration (cell growth) and closed up wound in 3-4 weeks!! This is a miracle worker and saved me lots of money that I was spending seeing a wound specialist. It does exactly as described and works great. I have plenty left over and am very happy with these bandages. They are water proof and adhesive on back of bandage sticks on your skin for days. If you want it to last longer-I advise purchasing waterproof bandages and put over wound-we did this and changed on a weekly basis until wound was completely healed and closed.

Healing Hero
I will never not have these on hand. I was always told to let your injuries air dry and scab but after doing research and using this, i will never go the dry route again. Every place i’ve used them has healed without scaring. I should note; that it does end up having a more foul oder but it’s normal with hydrocolloid bandages. Plus you can cut it to your desired size and shape and even use them on pimples!

Wound Patches - Too expensive though
These patches do as they say. However, grabbing people with such an exorbitated price for necessities is wrong

Nice soothing dressing
Used to protect fire ant bites on my feet. Easy to cut the sheets to size and they adhered nicely enough to stay in place under socks (did have to make sure I didn't drag the sock up along the free edge and used a bit of tape to make sure it stayed wrapped around the big toe), but came off painlessly. Will keep some on hand for future bites/rashes/sores.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
These were a lifesaver. I needed them for a large blister on the bottom of my foot. They arrived quickly, are well packaged and cut to fit easily. They are also thick enough to provide cushioning but not to thick that I can still wear socks and shoes with them.

Pimple patch hack!
I saw a reel on insta talking about how she buys hydrocolloid patches (meant for wound dressing) instead of the totally overpriced pimple patches. It’s the same thing!! Except your dollar goes WAY further with the bandages than the pimple patches, AND you can cut these into whatever shape or size you want!I thought it was genius. Why hadn’t I ever thought of that 🤣🤦🏽♀️That’s exactly what I bought these for — to use as pimple patches as needed. Works just the same as any pimple patches you find in the beauty isles at the store! The only thing is, I have found that the edges don’t seal down on the skin quite as well if you cut them up into different sizes. The workaround I’ve found is to just cut the size a little bigger than you actually need it to be, just in case any of the patch lifts off the skin.

What happened? Not as good as before
Somehow, despite ordering "thin," I got ULTRA thin.To compound matters, the adhesion seems to be lesser than it was before. Did they change the formula? Not as good as the last time I ordered a similar product (10 pack)
