So easy
Just open all the bags and stick them into the cake. You do have to put all the little “charms”, hearts and round on the little wire sticks but I enlisted some help so it would not be as tedious. To help the disco balls stay in place I inserted a get toothpicks in the ball to support them but this is completely optional.
