I read it to my 6 year old... great story...days I didn't turn up for the good night story time, she attempted reading on her own too... but should be added pictures to it... no illustrations

The book itself was great. I thought it would have been an easier read.

The format of the book is pleasant, but there are no illustrations whatsoever, except for the cover page, of course. This should be indicated somewhere in the product description. The unit I got also has two or three dozen pages that are faded – still readable, but not as dark as they should be.

I love this allegorical masterpiece, written by the thoughtful recluse L Frank Baum. The language is luxurious and you can bet that everything is a masterful symbol for something. And, if you are a literary romantic like me you will feel the same. And for those who have only ever been fed that MGM stuff, you will find the original, therefore real ending, not some Hollywood cop out.

The book is awful. The English isn't even grammatically correct and I can't get a refund cause it's on Kindle. Nice job, Amazon.
